As Seen in Southern Living: 6 Things You Should Clean Every Weekend

When people think about weekend cleaning, they often focus on visible clutter. But from an allergy perspective, some of the most important tasks are the ones that help reduce allergens and improve indoor air quality.

In a recent Southern Living article, I shared why washing your bedding every week should be a non-negotiable. Dust mites, pet dander, pollen, and other allergens can quickly accumulate in sheets, blankets, and pillowcases, especially during the warmer months.

While you're tackling your weekend cleaning list, don't forget the spaces where allergens love to hide. A few simple habits each week can make a big difference in how your home feels and how you feel.
