The Allergy Aesthetic™ began with a decision.
At 40, I realized I didn’t want my life or my home to feel harried or clinical anymore. I had spent years treating patients in the clinic and managing my own sensitivities at home — but the advice I often gave and followed was about avoidance: what to remove, restrict, or give up. It worked, but it didn’t feel like living.
I wanted something different. A space that felt soft, calm, and nourishing. A lifestyle where health and beauty weren’t opposites, but partners.
Now, The Allergy Aesthetic™ is more than my personal practice. It’s a brand, a philosophy, and an invitation. Through seasonal guides, journals, products, and lifestyle inspiration, I share the same principles that reshaped my life — so that others can breathe better, live beautifully, and find calm in the everyday.
