If seasonal allergies seem worse once you get indoors, you're not imagining it. Pollen has a way of following us inside on our clothes, shoes, hair, and even our pets.
In a recent Dengarden article, I shared some of my favorite ways to reduce pollen exposure at home. While we can't completely eliminate pollen, a few simple habits can make a big difference. Keeping windows closed during peak pollen season, changing clothes after spending time outdoors, and washing bedding regularly can all help limit the amount of pollen circulating in your home.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that home should automatically be a pollen-free zone. In reality, pollen can quickly build up indoors if we're not taking steps to keep it out. Creating a healthier home environment starts with reducing what we bring inside and being consistent with cleaning routines.
For allergy sufferers, small changes often add up to meaningful relief.
